My passion for helping people to look and feel the best they can started back when I was a little girl, my creative desire never ended. CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand that life happens. However, as a small business, cancellations and no-shows can really hurt us. We request 48 hour notice for all cancellations. All no-shows or cancellations within 48 hours or on the same day of scheduled appointment will result in a 50% charge of scheduled services. As a courtesy you will receive a confirmation text 72 hours prior to your appointment, as well as a reminder 24 hours prior to your appointment time. Late arrival may result in a shortened treatment time to ensure that the next client's appointment is not delayed. Please understand that I cannot adjust pricing for reduced service time due to a late arrival.
